Dr. Horton and her team are fantastic. The atmosphere here is playful and fun for my kids. The staff sometimes dress up for themed days and there’s always a prize drawing and points for patients to earn goodies. Doctor Horton and all of the assistants are knowledgeable and friendly. Billing and statements are straightforward and receipts emailed automatically. They also have appointment management/reminder software that helps parents keep up with the schedule. Highly recommended!!!

I got braces as an adult, and my experience with Dr. Horton and her team was phenomenal! From the initial inquiry to the very last day including the last follow up appointment, my experience was nothing but great. Every time I walked into the office, I was greeted in a positive manner and any questions I had were explained to me thoroughly. My husband also got his braces from there and so will my children. We have had a great experience with all the staff at Horton- they are so friendly and have been great with all three of our children! Our son with special needs also is very comfortable there and they are great about giving him the extra time he has needed to feel comfortable!

Both of my girls needed treatment here at the same time. One needed spacers and the other Invisalign. Firstly, their staff was always kind and patient. Secondly, they have the best customer service I’ve seen from a medical office. I say this because both of my girls did not do well with their treatment. We had to stop due to personal reasons (kids didn’t commit or want to continue) and they were nothing but understanding. They didn’t even hold me financially responsible for the rest and that is the best customer service I can ask for. I would highly recommend this place for your kid’s Orthodontal needs. If either of my children decided in a few years that they would like to do it again, I would call this place in a heartbeat.

Dr. Horton is the best orthodontist I have ever worked with. She is kind, great with our entire family, accommodating and someone you should strongly considered using. My family moved a few years ago and we still travel back to Woodbury to see her. She’s THAT good!

My oldest son had braces through Horton. Other places said he wouldn’t be able to do Invisalign and would have to have some permanent teeth removed. Horton did Invisalign for my son, didn’t need to remove any teeth, and had it all done with great results in less time than they originally stated. Didn’t even need to use elastics like they thought they would need to do at some point. They did a phenomenal job. It was a great experience. Even though our insurance wouldn’t cover orthodontics with them, it was so worth the cost! Our second child will soon be starting braces with them as well.

This is a great orthodontist, my kiddos love it here, there are a ton of neat little rewards systems and perks built in, and they have an amazing payment plan system. The scheduling is super flexible and the whole staff is so kind. We are very happy patients!
