Dr. Horton grew up in Chippewa Falls, WI, was valedictorian, student council president, and a multi-sport athlete. She had a wonderfully close knit family anchored by her parents, Roger and Sharon (who have been married for over 50 years!) and her fantastic siblings, older brother Matthew, and younger sister, Ashley. video library
